公司院士專家工作站首次參加考核即獲評“優秀”

11月10日,浙江省科協發文 “關(guan)于公(gong)布2019年度省級(ji)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)士專家(jia)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站績(ji)效評價結(jie)果的通知”——公(gong)司院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)士專家(jia)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站獲得考(kao)核(he)“優秀(xiu)”。這也是公(gong)司省級(ji)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)士工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站自2017年獲批以來首次參加考(kao)核(he)曬(shai)出的成績(ji)單。據悉,在(zai)本次222家(jia)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)士工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站績(ji)效考(kao)核(he)中,僅有10家(jia)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)士工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站獲得考(kao)核(he)優秀(xiu)。

公(gong)(gong)司院(yuan)士專(zhuan)家工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)自2014年成立(li)以來(lai),踐行(xing)“需求導(dao)向、內(nei)(nei)聯(lian)外(wai)合”的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)理念,根(gen)據行(xing)業特(te)點(dian),組建高(gao)效的(de)(de)、立(li)體(ti)的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)體(ti)系(xi),把研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)分為前瞻(zhan)(zhan)性(xing)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、產(chan)業化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)和(he)應用技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)。前瞻(zhan)(zhan)性(xing)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與國(guo)內(nei)(nei)外(wai)科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)院(yuan)所(suo)、院(yuan)士專(zhuan)家團隊開展基礎的(de)(de)、開拓性(xing)的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),從超臨(lin)界、催化氧化等方面進(jin)行(xing)全面深入(ru)合作(zuo);產(chan)業化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)在公(gong)(gong)司總部研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan),主要研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)未來(lai)10年產(chan)業化的(de)(de)產(chan)品;應用技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)設(she)在各子公(gong)(gong)司或事業部,主要做現(xian)有產(chan)品的(de)(de)應用開發(fa)和(he)改進(jin)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)。三個層次的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)各有不同,相互關聯(lian),將產(chan)學研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)有機結合起來(lai),保障(zhang)了(le)技(ji)術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)領(ling)先(xian)性(xing),并在促進(jin)企(qi)業高(gao)質量發(fa)展上取(qu)得了(le)顯著成效,工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)在2018年獲評(ping)全國(guo)模范院(yuan)士專(zhuan)家工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)。

此次考評優秀,將進一步推動工作站持續健康發展,助力企業創新人才隊伍的不斷壯大,促進科技成果轉化和科技創新管理水平的跨越式提升。
